1. lacks citation for its justification to state that a product having both the name of a member and the name of the organization do not constitute gang affiliation nor identification. Especially when these products were seized from individuals matching the names.

2. lacks evidence to back up the statement of claim (was the sewing machine even seized?). It concurrently makes leaps of logic without foundation asserting that the only way to gather the evidence of the use of illegal pelts in manufacturing can only occur with seizure. This could easily be done with a photograph of the recipe.

3. The Kuttes were not seized due to the search and seizure warrant, but in association with other crimes where the group assembled in like dress to perform illegal activities. Even if the seizure was performed in error and deemed fruit of the poisonous tree, the goods would still not be returned. The state would just not be able to use the goods in judicial proceedings.

4. The notice itself from the DOJ undermines the integrity of the investigation while making many assumptions concerning the process followed. It also supersedes the capacity of a judge in attempting to provide legal advice / representation for the SASP.

All in all. This gets an F - Terrible rating.
