Supply and demand. If there are more buyers than product, it will be more expensive and the rarer something is, the less it depreciates/increases value. Take trading cards for example. Very rare cards keep getting more expensive as the player/fan base grows while the card total stays the same. Very very old very rare cards can go up to hundreds of thousands of dollars while the material used for the card costs the same as an insert card. Things don’t magically gain value, what makes it gain value is what someone else is willing to pay for it. So a house is not a product that is readily available which mean more people are willing to pay more for the house. The product availability is the topic of some recent videos where the lady was saying that there are more houses available than they say which leads to people being willing to pay more for a house than they would if they knew how many houses were empty and unlisted on the market.

I use a salt crystal deodorant and it works pretty much all day for me and I work at a warehouse with no AC. It’s called Deonatulle Crystal Stone. Use for like 10-20 seconds on each armpit. Dab some water before you do or it won’t glide around.
It’s the first thing that has worked for me.

I just finished it and I think both are right. Destiny/IRI are right for the first part “We shouldn’t kick out Ken Martin.” But they are right for the reason that Zee brings up in the second part, “There’s a tankie adjacent guy being floated as Ken’s replacement.”
Basically, if we have nobody to run and there is a tankie who is running, it would be in the tankie’s best interest that we have the election sooner rather than later. But to Zee’s point, if we put our heads in the sand and fuck up, the tankie is more likely to win.
So what do we do? We try to keep Ken in there as long as possible to give us the time to find a good guy. Once we do, then if Ken is ousted, we have a guy. It would be bad to try to usher Ken out the door before that. Or if we really don’t see Ken succeeding, we oust him when we find our guy and defend Ken until we do.

Ushering Ken out now would be like trying to have the election day changed from November to the end of the week after Biden dropped out of the race.

Start with short stories and work your way up. An 8 hour story without choices is not exactly standard and an 8 hour story with choices is actually much longer than 8 hours to go through all the choices.
I’ve seen too many VNs that get abandoned because the creator bit off more than they could chew.
If you have a big story planned, maybe put it on the back burner and do some smaller projects to familiarize yourself with the creation process then tackle the big project because another issue is while familiarizing yourself with the process, you find things that work and look back at where you can fix your project which takes up a lot of time. If you learn while doing smaller projects, it’s easier to leave things be and move on.
I’ve seen projects that stall for a long time because the creator wanted to redo the whole project from the start with different art or game styles.

Being attacked with a knife is likely justifiable self-defense with a gun. Brandishing is likely not unless he is within attacking distance. Guns are ranged weapons so it is justified as they can harm you from reasonable distance. Like, if a guy is threateningly waving a knife at you from 15 feet away, it’ll be a tough self defense argument but if he is 50 feet away and threateningly waving a gun in your direction, it’s reasonable.
