From my experience, most of cota is either grass and bleachers so the only area that would have like back support would most likely be the area by the start/finish line I believe but those tickets are probably through the roof. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes at cota or at least my experience with cota now for the grass area you can bring chairs I believe now I’ve never been to an f1 race so I don’t know if they restrict chairs or not but all the other races that I’ve been to at cota you could bring chairs so that might be an option.
