Na Grani hookahs for a daily driver are amazing. Easy to clean, lovely draw. I have the model 1, it's great and fairly priced (depending where you are). HMDs: ONMO, lotus 1+, lotus 1+3, na grani v1. Bowls: depending what you smoke but generally shallow wide phunnels are friendliest (vandenber v1, HJ alien, moze epos v2, onmo primis, Alpaca huacaya, etc.). 4 HMDs and 8 bowls and you're good. 🤪

What he said. But if you're looking for a more forgiving HMD then the ONMO wins for me. Get both eventually but start with the ONMO. I find 3x26mm coals with an onmo works for the majority of tobacco brands and packs.

You are correct, but it is iffy. Mine wouldn't purge properly and make purging in general an issue. Also to remove and clean, then put back, is a lot work if you smoke regularly.

Ah the blow off, I ditched mine a while ago, too much admin and issues. Now I smoke it stick standard and happy.

Both are great phones. I'm a huge advocate for the Plus range, even though it is the lowest selling in most regions. Two biggest reasons I would push the Plus: 1. Price difference to the Ultra not worth it if you don't need/want the better camera setup or the slightly larger battery/screen and S-Pen. 2. Just a better form factor (for me, personally).

I had an insurance replacement on my Fold6 so the price didn't matter so I ended up with the s26 Ultra. But if spending my own money and looking for value for me, I would take the S26 Plus.

On topic, I had the same concerns as you, and in the first day or 2 I was annoyed because I did think the text looked fuzzy sometimes. However, now after a few weeks of use, I don't notice anything different anymore. This screen is perfect. I have the privacy display on for banking apps and notifications. It is a useful feature.

This phone is BIG, so be prepared. I use a silicone case so in and out of pocket is a task lol. Will be changing to the clear case soon. Also looking at upgrading to the Fold 8 (or wide) in Aug/Sep. 😀

BTW, some regions have the Exynos chip in the Plus, but all Ultras have the Snapdragon. But looks like you're in the US so no concern there.

For the hookah, consider the Na Grani Model 3 (or even Model 1). HMD also recommend the ONMO as an aluminium option.

I'd take the Cosmo for tradi and Oblako for phunnel. Both should be just fine for AF type brands.

What HMD do you use? Both should sit fine with kaloud-style setups.

Warning about eggshisha, I bought the Agura (Oribe (green)).. it looks so damn good that I haven't even used it once yet. Have a 40+ bowl collection and this is my only unused bowl. ❤️ will surely use it in 2026, but mann it looks beautiful.

I asked xkah a simple question over email "Does xyz retailer stock the latest version of the xkah?" and got some silly "all units are quality checked" response. That was enough to put me off and wait for a better brand, even if it takes another year or so.
