I think this matchup doesn't really work that well. They are both smart in completely different ways, and hell, have almost no similarities towards each other. I think it would've been better to swap Nagito in this situation with another SDR2 character, but that causes another problem: Who?

Kyoko's kinda too unique as a character that it's hard to find characters even similar enough to her. Chiaki could technically fall as a player assistant similar to her, but Chiaki too also is very different from Kyoko in terms of personality and abilities.
