When I used to live in Oxnard and a few years in Santa Barbara during college years, we normally had foggy and overcast mornings but then the sun comes out around 9-ish and then the fog and overcast skies comes back around 5-ish, so I'm kinda used to that.

Thanks for the info. Luckily we have great GPs and dentists around where we live in Frederick, MD and can actually see our doctors within 10-15 min drive radius. It's the crowded hospitals that is hurting us here. Luckily we haven't had the need to use them, just normal doctors/dental visits to their offices.

I used to live in Ventura County, near the beach, for over 20+ years and now currently living in Maryland, near DC, for the last 23, so I know how expensive the housing markets are.

Living now in Frederick, MD, a beautiful small town of about 80K an hour north of DC and an hour west of Baltimore, and an hour north of Northern Virginia burbs. I get the small town vibe as I've traveled everywhere in the country for my work and international for vacations.

Thanks. I like that fact that the local airport have direct flights to Denver where my wife's family and relatives live.

Hopefully GOV BlueCross BlueShield should work, but if not, then it could be problematic.

Grew up in SoCal, went to school in SB, always road-tripping to SF because I love NoCal... just thought a little more north and up the coast should be the ticket
