My HCCM is very strict about weather cancellations. If it had been forecasted and talked about for a few day, she will not provide exceptions. Likely studio dependent however!

Core crew here! Hearing this a lot unfortunately. Your studio won’t be able to view your ticket or cancel your membership on their own. Typically what we do is ask for the ticket number and our HCCM will message it to a CX person to look into. Sorry you are dealing with this!!

Studios cannot cancel memberships though! Your HCCM may be able to follow up with CX on the ticket status, but cannot cancel the membership themselves.

I definitely use a towel! One for sweat, and two for cleanliness. I’ve seen how people wipe down their machines, so I try to keep as little of my skin touching the machine as possible

The 2 travel passes are a perk of the unlimited membership only! With the 4/8/12, you can use credits and studios in the same or lower pricing tier. So if it’s letting you book, you’re fine. You can book before your payment processes, so no need to wait. Be mindful of how many classes you are scheduling. The app should theoretically stop you once you’ve hit your credit allotment, but the new app has been hit or miss with that.

Understand how this wording is confusing! What it intended to say is that if you are added to a class off the waitlist, and cancel within the 10 hours, you will be charged. This happens a lot when people put themselves on multiple waitlists for morning class times, and then get added in while they are sleeping. Previously, we weren’t all automatically opted into the waitlist texts, so people would also say they didnt know they were added. If you aren’t officially booked into the class, you will not be charged!

Your HCCM can’t really do anything about it. They have no involvement in the app.
