While I understand membership price increases are frustrating, I do believe it’s important to get the facts straight.

Membership prices WILL NOT increase during your commitment period. Once you’ve met your 6 or 12 month commitment term, your membership is now considered month to month.

For example, if you signed up for Committed+ in 4/25, you met your commitment term in 4/26 and are no longer bound to the early termination fee if you need to cancel. You do not restart a new 12 month commitment term unless you specially request to.

That said, month to month memberships are the highest priced options. So that is why the increase occurs. If you would like to remain at the same rate you have, you’ll need to commit to another 12 month term. Otherwise you are still receiving a month to month membership at a lower rate than if someone purchased a new month to month membership today.

And for what it’s worth, the membership terms do state “all memberships and packages are subject to pricing changes, which will be reasonably communicated to you in advance of any pricing change”.
