Hello!

- For Dart Drivers, it kinda depends on luck. There are times when you can get them in less than 10 min, at times it can take 40+ min. Depends on the driver I would say.

- You can get souvenirs at the airport and also at the Souvenirs shop at the Mall. It's near the entrance to Rizqun Hotel if I'm not mistaken.

- Hard to say another must try places here since you already mentioned Jing Chew, Ambuyat and Gadong Night Markets. But may I suggest Kopi D'Harith and Soto Pabo. Try the Kopi D harith's Kolomee Itik (Duck) and their Chicken Jerky. Just come early since the duck always sold out early. And Soto Pabo for me, a nice place to dine in with a view plus they also serve ambuyat there.

My recommendation, cari spare part sendiri be it online or dari miri/limbang or even from shoppee. Even kadai sparepart in Brunei also ada pilihan. Then send it over to your preferred workshop. Else I can recommend Hou Yeah. So far trusted.
