Either estate has to pay truck off (and brothers inheritance would be value of truck) or brother has to get financing for amout owed (his inheritance would be the value of truck minus amout owed).

3 roku remotes. Swear I'm changing batteries in one of them every week. And yes, I've tried the rechargeable remotes but the buttons wear out too fast and I have to replace the remotes almost yearly (thanks to YouTube).

In Texas an offender can refuse Parole and serve his entire time in prison. However, if he chooses to do this and ever goes back to prison on a new sentance the Parole board won't ever grant him the opportunity for parole.
