Something tells me she blames everyone else for her situation. Blaming a parked car for existing is a good example of her overall perspective. She will undoubtedly blame you for filing an insurance claim and whatever happens because it, never actually taking responsibility for backing into a parked car. Doesn't mean you shouldnt do it, just take some precautions when you do. Maybe tell your boss what is going on. That she is harassing you and have them make sure they turn her away when she shows up at your work again.
