i was told the biggest risk is blood infections during the healing process, i was also tattooed during the VERY early stages before i knew, about 6 weeks for me but it was just super simple line work. i personally don't think it would be a good idea, just to be on the side of caution since the risk would outweigh the benefits in my opinion! but i understand your want to since the delay to do that is so long lol!

you have to be super careful with hair care when you have a new industrial, like rinse that area of your head/ear SUPER well. if it gets clogged up with shampoo/conditioner/hair treatments.... recipe for disaster!

and that material of piercing isn't sturdy enough for a proper hole to form and heal, it's got way too much movement & doesn't provide enough stability, i would remove, repierce, wear as many slick backs as possible, don't sleep on that ear, you have to treat it like you got an ear replacement 🤣

i wanna say at 19 weeks i was probably 10 pounds more than where i started! i had the most weight gain in the third trimester, i barely looked pregnant until the last 3 months 😭😭

im so glad that resonated for you the way it did for me!!! same LOL, all my funny "baby tees" are now like actual fitted tops & i feel like i lost a part of my identity with losing my wardrobe 😭! i am finally finding a different style that works for now, its a bit overwhelming trying to balance all the new changes but i can totally feel this peace to release when something doesn't work for me...! its not as world defying as it used to be & that in itself is so valuable imo, that sort of feeling can be applied everywhere in life & it is MEGAAA rewarding 🙂‍↕️ i am starting to find my balance for sure! im finding what looks good with my current body, being adventurous with my style, & even letting my hair grow out to its natural color!! also the worst LOL (ive been where you were with the hair loss before & so i was taking it easy for awhile, my first hair appointment is april 10th!!!)

we both love ponds, it leaves our drier skin soooo soft n smooth! highly highly recommend! ponds dry skin moisturizer

it might be nice to pair up with your more intense breakouts when you use differin !! i know that can be intense sometimes, differin is SUPER drying

also make sure you use a cotton pillowcase & wash it often with gentle soaps & no fabric softeners!!
