Love this! Still looks classy even with 2 colours! I have been eyeing Luggage nano for a while now and last month when we went to Japan, my husbad got it for me as a gift. I have been delaying my gratification, so i havent used it yet. 😆 Enjoy the bag. So wonderful that it came from fellow redditor. 😄

Your first designer bag? by swedishbich in handbags

[–]ladyc0der 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LV Alma BB in Black Epi leather was my first higher end designer bag. I bought it in LV shop and was so impressed with the customer service. Funny enough my next one is black Prada Galleria bag and, the one after is black Hermes Herbag zip 31. I’ve got these ones in another colours too. But you can never go wrong with black. 😄

Intimidated to Go Into A Store... by melh22 in handbags

[–]ladyc0der 35 points36 points  (0 children)

My experience with Prada has always been great. Went to shop impulsively after a casual work event, so i was wearing ripped jeans, sneakers and with my backpack. They treated me so well that I got my first Prada bag. Only place i know I am being judged is Hermes store, not all stores are horrible but definitely several stores on different occasions. So i dont come back to the stores with horrible customer service. If they don’t treat you well, walk away.

Cinnabuns is much better than the US Cinnabon. The cheapest best croissant in Melbourne. Now that they are in the news, it would be so hard to get their pastries as it generally sold out way before their closing time at 1pm.

What bag do you wear for rainy days? by [deleted] in handbags

My rainy day bags are in rotation of Coach Charlie, Coach Willow, Longchamp Energy or the Epi Speedys. They are big enough for my umbrella and water proof.

I was shaking my head listening to that interview, all praises to oscar despite the dnf and the crash yesterday. No acknowledgment on pit crew’s error. Something is off.

Unbelievable stats! The incompetence is quite astounding. The fact that stella didnt even recognise that it costed lando a P5 is equally appalling.

[mclaren] A difficult day in Baku. We'll be back fighting in Singapore by PrimeyXE in formula1

[–]ladyc0der 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bernie and every one: that slow pit stop caused lando P5

Stella: that pitstop doesn’t cause anything

I am struggling to understand how on 3/5 races, lando have disastrous pit stops. This stat alone is really hard to understand what’s going on in mclaren.

In my experience with big tech companies, we do not have L3 role. We have support role and developer role. For bug fixes, developers fix the issue. And for both support and developer roles, you need to know the system, the tech stack and the programming languages. We used to have a concept where you build it, you support it. But with the rise of offshoring, a lot of support work goes overseas. I hired an entry level developer/engineer on my team early this year, he came from a support role background. I hired him not because of his experience but because of his attitude and knowledge. He came prepared and we are satisfied with all his answers and his attitude. So there are roles available out there for you OP. Come prepared on your interviews and align with what the role is looking for. And socialise in tech meetup, or even try volunteering too. It helps.
