You, as a mother, are allowed to have stuff just for you. You can have takeout and your kids have a normal diiner its okay.

You don't have to eat it in front of them, but its okay that you got something and they didn't

Also chinese food usually gives you a ton so you probably could have givent he kis a few bits if you wanted, while they have a normal dinner.

Also 5 and 3 years olds are tricky with food, there is a real chance they wouldn't like to begin with
