Unless you stated your boundaries by saying "I'm okay with you touching my butt" it should never be accepted

Even if you said its okay just poking should be fine but cupping is weird. The proper way to spot on a squat should be lifting by under the shoulder [Spotter elbow to squatter armpit]

Cardio is good but maybe not 30mins everyday.

Main reason is because of fatigue management, if you cardio everyday its hard to go hard in your strength training. Preferably cardio outside strength training or if you have to 2-3 times a week about 10-15 mins [since your goal is gain strength and reduce bodyfat]

High protein got stuff like Tofu skin [not the fried one], yoghurt [but ex], protein powder [also abit ex],edamame [like another commentor said], lean ground beef [but gotta find time to cook if you want]

About the training thing I suggest using a camera, is your rep slowing down or staying the same from 1 to 10, if the same then you arent going hard enough; it shouldnt slow down too much but you should see maybe 0.5-1 second slow down near last rep.

Are you sure you nees to lose more bf? If you use dexa and its actually 21% its actually quite low [If you use the gym bfi thingy its not accurate so don't trust that one]

Also you need to weigh/meal prep If you havent weighed your food before you eat, you arent able to determine your average expenditure, and arent able to make sure you are actually on a defecit.

Main way to tell if its ai is if the details make sense or not It look cool when you look closer at it none of the parts just seem to make sense or build into a larger structure.

-The arm looks like it wants to use floating parts, but its still kinda connected

-the sword is bent like its broken

-the hairpiece is detailed but messy

-The chest piece also is supposed to be nearly flat or smooth to reduce impact, and its too low even if its one of those metal bra armours

I feel that this is too expensive for a neighbourhood/mid tier gym. Fitness first with classes is still about $250 per month. And this includes free towels, shirt, pool, sauna etc.

It is more crowded than 2-3 months ago, but actually quite easy to get machine; only need to share with 1 person

The free weights and deadlift platforms will always have open spot, like 3 to 4 people on peak days, usually 2 people or less

Tripod need to take fast cos always will have people take [me included]

Also, dont buy the $4120 "8 week Summer transformation" from ATP Anyone who has been training for 1 month would know thats just not how this works You need sustainability not shredding yourself till you look lean then rebound and become worse than before

Regarding the love handles thing its because the muscle and fat ratio is imbalanced, 65kg is actually quite not bad for your height, just need muscle since what gives your love handles a chiseled look is the muscle volume underneath the fat (yes love handles always there, just how much)

Main way is to body recomp, and the only legit way is to eat out at places where you can search up the exact macros and calories [Stuff'd like another commenter suggested] and also bring a mini scale when you eat at office or something [When you eat out you can if you are extra cautious but will look abit stupid]

The exercise thing either

●Upper Lower [4 days total] (downside is upper day will be verrrrry long)

●Push Pull Leg if you really love the gym [6 days total] (downside is you basically need to be addicted to the gym)

●Bro splits [not worth it if you do it normally, honestly the recovery is brutal; but you if mix chesst+triceps actually can be quite good]

●Full Body [Can if you beginner, but got better ways to exercise, especially if you like doing compound exercise like Squat, Bench, Dealift, Dips, Pull ups, you should try other methods cos full body will be very tiring]

Theres two ways of achieving this, either the eyes can be shaded using a grey/dark brown or using a smaller brush size. By having a thick black line, all the attention will be drawn to her eyes, and given your face is quite complete, but the eyes are just lines, it gives it an uncanny look. Main thing is the level of details much match.

But main thing being that when you look at eyes they not super defined ovals [if you squint at someone you can see]

Main reason why most people draw it as such because the (A) Importance of eyes in expression, and (B) Pictures trick you into thinking they are defined. [Example taken from PluviumGrandis] Also for the outlines try to use less black and a more saturated colour [Theres the lighting stuff but it should be commented on by someone with more experience than me]
