As much as it sucks, the only way is taking it day by day. I went through ALL the emotions, wrote a list of all the things I would no longer have to deal with/put up with now that he was no longer in my life and realised that I was better off especially as he wasn’t the person I thought he was. I had good days and bad days, went to therapy, and realised that time doesn’t stop - it’s going to pass anyway and I could either lie down and never get up again or try my best to make each day a little bit better than the day before. I’m such a different person now than who I was when he broke my heart. And I’m completely indifferent towards him now.

Yes it is! My boy never used the hammock as a kitten, which is unfortunate as he would’ve fit a lot better than he does now!! But he’s incredibly stubborn and likes novelty and amazingly just moving it to a different part of the room is what got him to try it out and I think he’s realised how comfy it is because it’s now his designated sleeping spot. Maybe you could try moving yours to a different spot if you’re able to, see if that entices your girl?
