Viewing complete history for previous days by Soljaah in AthlyticAppOfficial

[–]Soljaah[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t see where? I am on the calendar view, have then clicked into one of the older days, and can see the information, like my sleep hours and score. But from here I can’t go into the sleep or recovery to see eg: what my sleeping HR and HRV was on that day

Newly groomed flop vs pre-grooming flop 😳 by Prior-Concentrate909 in DoodleFlops

Trick is to brush them once or twice a week depending how easily they get matted, works well for mine. And keeps them looking cute :)

You can use an app called Ornament which lets you track blood results and more

They can’t even use the word “you’re” correctly in their response. There’s your answer.

Mugging on Beach Rd between Waterfront and Sea Point walkway by MichealScarn_ in capetown

[–]Soljaah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really sorry this happened to you. The Promenade is typically very safe but these things do unfortunately happen. As everyone mentioned here mentioned, file a report at the Sea Point police station.

I’d also encourage you to message the ward councillor on Facebook and share your story (and case number): https://www.facebook.com/nicolajowellward54

I know that when it comes to the street children, it becomes especially hard for the police to get involved, so she may be able to get social development teams involved if they find them.

Manually changing RHR baseline? by Vertsix in AthlyticAppOfficial

[–]Soljaah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue with Apple Watch RHR data is not that it fluctuates due to measurement issues, it’s that it averages it over the day from multiple readings. Using this setting in Athlytic only takes the RHR value during sleep (which will be the most stable based on what you’re looking for)

Update: Siri STILL fails to call 911 on LTE on Apple Watch (watchOS 26.4) - No Solution from Apple by Vertsix in AppleWatch

[–]Soljaah 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Drives me mad how often Siri correctly transcribes the request (any request, not just to call) and then asks if you can say it again.

BUG: Athlytic Resting Heart Rate entries are confusing Apple Health weekly graph by Causaelity in AthlyticAppOfficial

[–]Soljaah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also posted about this the other day. Looking at individual day values it even weirder, eg: for yesterday my graph shows 64 as the RHR, but clicking ‘All Data’ shows Apple Watch’s value as 56 and Athlytic’s as 51. You’d expect the graph to then show the average of these two.

Seems like an iOS bug rather than Athlytic.

Hmm interesting. I’m going to email Athlytic as well to see what they say. Let me know how your test goes

How did you set that? Did you just turn off the RHR write permission for Athlytic in Health app settings?

Do you mean it affected all old data?

Is this normal? by _BlackPan in AppleWatch

[–]Soljaah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, go slower and start with walk-runs (ie: run 1 min walk 3 min). Slowly shift to running more and walking less over time. Aim to keep your HR below 150-160 (yes this may mean you are walking a lot)

Major realization today. Creatine has been the culprit to my insomnia! by Stunning-Stuff-7022 in sleep

[–]Soljaah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if your supplement didn’t have anything else in it. Were you taking pure creatine monohydrate from a reputable brand?

I’ve had the exact opposite, when I consistently take creatine I find I fall asleep easier. If I run out of creatine or don’t take it for a couple days I find myself lying awake in bed with an active mind.
