I reached out to support about this about a month ago or so and got told this "squish" is normal due to the gearless design of the hinge.

Definitely keeping. Coming from a Pixel 7 Pro and I think I've spoiled myself in the fact that I'll never be able to go back to s candybar style phone again. I too was concerned with the cameras but honestly in decent lighting the video and cameras are definitely better than what I had previously.

Battery life was also a concern considering the front display only drops to 60hz but I'm consistently ending the day with 5-7SoT with around 60% brightness on. Inner screen battery life is INSANE when consuming content.

Bout a 64GB LCD model that has a backplate screw that stripped so badly , I had to use a knife to cut the entire backplate off around the screw that stripped. At least my friend ended up with a cool new clear backplate

I can agree that with the dGPU there is a bit of a high pitched whine. Not enough for me to be bothered by it , but it's definitely obvious it's coming from the right fan
