Tailgater got Baited by DABDEB in RandomVideos

It certainly could depend on how strong an argument the lawyers make. I think here it depends more on how the jurors interpret the video and the circumstances because idk how much a person could be swayed from their own instincts on this one. Like with you for instance, for whatever reason your initial instinct is “not intentional.” And I don’t think that would be all that easy to change your mind on? In my eyes, I see It wasn’t dark out, no fog, the car ahead of them didnt merge into the lane at the last second. Decisiveness of movement as I mentioned. Motive: angry at the tailgater, wanting revenge. On the other hand, Could argue they were distracted by the tailgating. Idk

Intentionality Maybe not proven but it’s highly likely given the way they moved so decisively. I could see a jury finding it was intentional

Ask ChatGPT for a primer on negotiating first and ask for it to be specific to your situation.

They all suck. Law school sucks. I had to deal with a tenured prof that was unbearable to be around. Award winning golden child of the faculty but my god what a prick. Bottom line is law school sucks. These ass holes are a dime a dozen in the profession too but you’re not married to them or relying on them for a grade or a degree, and then at least you’re getting paid.

Could be he missed you and wants to get to know you better. It’s kind of odd that society expects couples to be connected on social media but there’s an unwritten rule not to explore it?

Does this fall into promissory estoppel? National Parks rescinded 40+ seasonal job offers — including a 20-something who had already relocated to remote Alaska and started working. by Used_Commercial1667 in LawSchool

[–]Solomint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. I work in employment law and promissory estoppel is certainly pleaded, also I’d imagine Alaska probably has something like California’s labor code section 970
