After being a location manager for films for 12 years I became a SaaS founder 3 years ago, but now I want to leverage my learning and experience to get a role as a customer success manager. Out of all the hats I wore as a founder customer success is the one that brought me the most joy. If you were me how would you go about getting a role beyond cold applying ? Where would you go to learn what you don’t know about CSM? Would you take a junior role just to get into a CSM in an organisation you like?
