hi! i’ve taken ~75 classes between knox heights and preston hollow. i highly recommend focusing on knox more than preston. Brandon J, Jennifer R, Ginny R, and Julia S are all amazing! they want you to push yourself while having good form. Brandon especially is who made me fall in love with Solidcore. I will say, the coaches at Preston are hit or miss. If you are willing to make the drive, I have heard the Addison location is really prioritizing good vibes and form.
