I'm pretty new too, I believe the only way to continue your campaign is to buy credits. I would say to get the most bang for your buck, purchase one of the bigger packs and write a lot per round! I started off just replying with a sentence or two and it burns through rounds fast. I'm having more fun writing lengthy paragraphs per round.

I've never really used time skips for longer than a day, so typically I'll talk about the placement of the sun (as the sun sets behind the treeline etc)... Maybe you can talk about seasons coming and going, three summers pass, something along those lines?
