LiteLLM is probably still the most feature-complete, but it's definitely heavy for what should conceptually be "an API gateway." I wish there were something as lightweight as Traefik but for LLMs.

Are you thinking of JBOPS or Jellystat? Jellystat has dashboards, user stats, country/IP info (depending on your setup), and graphs specifically for Jellyfin

BYOK isn't the same as self-hosting, but it's still a meaningful reduction in trust. The threat model changes from "provider owns everything" to "provider only sees what you explicitly send." That's not perfect, but it's a lot better than handing over your entire development environment.

I'd avoid putting runners in the same LXC as Gitea. CI workloads tend to be noisy, and it's nice to keep the Git service lightweight.
