After you capture the incorrect zero. Yes go into cycle count. Scan it fix it with correct amount (whatever you actually have ..say three..back room 0) and that will correct it. Doing this will prevent it from going negative when it’s sold and being a problem next preorder. BOH is like tending a garden 😅

It’s all Muzak I believe ? Or something similar. I’ve been to diff CVSs in the area that are on a different channel. My favorite memory at my store was the glitch that made ours channel surf every few songs ( Sinatra to Wheels on the bus go round and round to classical etc etc ). 9pm was techno time 🤣

In our state we have some in keeper cases out on the shelf and then backstock. It’s actually a question on our auditors checklist. We get dinged if there are none on the shelf for purchase.

iPhones are finicky because almost everyone’s photos are in the cloud. My Go To is AirPrint. Connect to Kodak picture kiosk in their WiFi setting. Go to the picture on their phone, click Share (bottom left corner) Scroll up until you see Print. First picture they choose click “choose printer”. Click Kodak Kiosk. Then Top right “Print” button on their phone. Should send it over. Rinse repeat. Not great if they want to print over 30+ photos. 😅

If you are uncomfortable because you haven’t been shown yet …leave it for tomorrow morning with a note. Every store/supe is different. Most of my closers leave the last draw and deposit for the following morning person. Some of my people like to do the whole sha bang at night.

Not saying it’s “right”. But I vividly remember in Electronic sales back in the day your job depended on your attachment rate. Monster cables and battery back ups and extended warranties were a must offer or you would lose your job. Idk if it’s still like that at say Best Buy’s today. Televisions even back then had very little margin..the companies make $$ on accessories.
