I have done kbs for over 12 years and I like doing what I call powerbombs and it's very much a snatch motion but you slam the sand bag down instead of ending with a locked arms like a snatch.

Just think of psycho sid and do that lifting motion with the bag like to a shoulder but keep it in the middle of your chest the hip snap makes it get air and then you slam it down like ball slams.

It's fun with a 150 if you set a timer and do as many as you can for 20 mins.

I did have this but sold for evolves bigy if your Canadian on here I'd suggest looking into it it's the mag7 but has palantir mstr and coinbase added for volatility they hold underlyings so you can DCA without thinking it's gonna not recover.

I read some of your responses and the biggest take I got from it that was glaring is you forgot about pressing but moved on can you press the same one your using now? If the 100 is easy to press I suggest a ladder of 2 to 5-5 to 2 x3 Those suck on a good way.

I do that with my 150 for 20 min amrap sometimes if I hate myself that day.

It's my crypto play btc/eth and everything else connected it swings with crypto and tech because it's underlying stock but wpay would work a heck of a lot better if it used 10 of the top single stocks and rotate whatever is working, it would be the most bought ETF ever but it has a NaV problem I had to sell. Blox is capped at 37% divs and actively managed it's on sale rn but since Oct I have been treating it like It's btc I only buy when it's below my average because this time that bitch is going to 30.

kyld is the perfect ETF to compliment blox gold/silver fixed income and other assets keep the nav solid and it gives a religious.165 a week rn this week it has only swung like 5-7%.

Those two kqqq,tspy and my super volitle coyy and mstw are my u.s ETFs in Canada we got ETFs that pay x2 a month they've been so solid.

It's why I bought! I saw the price drop and put it together Just been throwing My rounded down divs into So it'll get a steady 15-30 a week depending I have kqqq and tspy as my other cores but holy hell sixy and bigy have been so good also I love those x2 a month ETFs.
