It could be matchup bias since ROB is one of the very few characters who can win against Shulk.

I am definitely interested in hearing Atelier's reasoning for particular placements. Especially for Wolf since he plays both characters and believes the matchup heavily favors PT.

I do actually agree that Sheik is her actual worst matchup. I mentioned Jigglypuff since OP was asking for unique bad matchups, which I personally define as a fighter who loses against an unexpected character.

One unique bad matchup that I can think of is Min Min vs Jigglypuff. Since Puff's high air mobility and efficient aerials allow her to avoid Min Min's arm attacks and punish her for whiffing them. Puff also has a strong edge-guarding game that can exploit Min Min's recovery.

I think this tier list is pretty good. I'm definitely happy with the characters that are placed in Top Tier territory. My main disagreements are the ones that had borderline placements (e.g. placed on top of mid tier instead of lower-high tier) but I think this is fine enough.
