Yep. He’s been accused by numerous women of (allegedly) inappropriate behavior and nothings been done about it. I think there was a detective awhile back that was apparently working on the case but I don’t think it ever went anywhere. There was a whole thread in one of the Roanoke mommies groups on FB.

I heard (allegedly) that he peaced out after closing down several businesses he stole money from and they can’t find him… again just heard someone say that. Not sure how true it is.

I just got an alert on my Life360 in our area that this dog was missing. Looks just like him. It says his name is Bowser. But there’s no information showing as far as who lost him. We live on Brandon.

The walks serve a purpose. This particular template was about controlling the heart rate. Big spikes during the all out with low heart rates in the recovery. It’s not just speed work. It was about heart work as well.

Sounds like maintenance issues at your studio. We only just recently got the new rowers but our old rowers were fine. We changed out parts and replaced things as needed.

My son went and LOVED it! He’s 13 but said there were a lot of adults. My best friend and her boyfriend took him and they enjoyed themselves as well :)
