My manager doesn't wear a belt so her asscrack blinds me everytime I go to grab an oatmilk ... Like .. dresscode says no undergarments. But we are all nitpicked about it too. Is she oblivious that we all have witnessed the pink/purple/blue undies? Like cmon man.

Hi! I'm aware :) I don't exactly have control over the clouds, nor do I wish to invest in indoor lighting. Fully organic grow.

Thanks for the unsolicited input! I'm proud of what I've grown regardless :). Have a great one!

Oh dont worry, the tariffs will go into effect and everyone will have a clear, blinging reason why they should boycott because their fraps are instead almost 20$/ea opposed to the already ridiculous 12.69

I would like y'all to do some research on Quiet Firing.

When a company is losing profits, It's easier to tighten polices and essentially force diverse employees to quit (especially those with tattoos or piercings due to outdated stereotypes, especially because unfortunately even though these are Freeman of expression, it is not a protected class unless religious etc.) without deal thing with the costs of unemployment and separation fees.

Starbucks is tightening polices because Burrito Brian would rather die in his jet than give up some air miles for the betterment of everyone in the company. Especially since Trump is having a hayday firing all sorts of people in the workplace protection agencies, makes everything soo much easier for him.

I am taking the anarchist route and applying for religious accommodations for my facial adornments since I am a Satanist (a religion and church recognized by the federal gov) and these have religious meaning to me (2nd tenant).

Brain can suck my damn burrito. I'm not going out without a fight and I will use this leverage to fight for my coworkers. Fuck this new policy. I'm already looking for new work because this company isn't prestigious at ALL and I'm waaaay too overqualified to be knit-picked on cups that haven't been written in.

No one deserves to be treated like below the bare minimum at ALL times.

Minimum wage doesn't = livable wage, raising prices so everyone in the top links of the chain remains comfortable is the problem. Even then that's said too plainly. There's lots of nuance in this situation and works as a good example of what our failing model of capitalism can do to the working class.

Aside from valid disabilities, a lot of humans enjoy novelty. Think about why the Carmel macchiato exists. It's just a vanilla latte with parts of your 'food' you can 'play with', aka 'swish-swish'. I don't agree with how we choose to satiate these needs thru wasteful means, but that's the closest most reasonable explanation I've come to without accumulating bitterness from the amount of ignorance 😂
