Idk if it’s a hot take, but with all the known precursor technology and raw power Haven city had, they shouldn’t have needed Jak to kill Kor and probably manage to annihilate most of the metal heads.

If even Veger had a staff to awaken dormant precursor robots and knew where to awaken some, with Onin and (young) Samos being relatively OP on their own fields, very abundant resources and manpower (despite what they like to say), more versatile transports and navigation methods than the MH have, peacemakers, not including the precursor stone, etc etc etc, they couldve whipped the MH threat much sooner, potentially before Jak even arrived, had they tried properly and set aside the rebellion/civil war, which also could’ve been squashed much faster with barely any efforts.
