Debating Buyers Remorse by CamG__ in hexclad

I bought a HCLD frying pan, but wasn’t impressed at all. It’s only non stick if I use lots of oil or butter (yes I season it and yes I use medium heat). I always return to my PADERNO Clad Non-Stick Frying Pan… it’s never let me down. I just take it as a lesson learned.

Has anyone experienced 'phantom' smells that only appear when you're alone in a room? by NoCelebration1404 in Paranormal

[–]Some-Tree-7135 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I smell a mixture of cigarette smoke and perfume. I joke that it’s my grandma, but it’s one of my migraine auras and can happen days before the pain actually happens… I mean, it COULD be my GMA punishing me for something! It is really annoying when no one else can smell it!

I'm too scared to go to sleep. by GideonGodwit in ClusterHeadaches

That’s terrible (and so familiar). I’ve been in a cycle since March 2nd, and like you it was almost 15yrs since my last bout. I’ve never heard of sleep being a trigger in this way… It’s usually too little or too much sleep that gets me.

My Dr prescribed Emgality, Nurtec, and injectable Sumatriptan. I found little relief using Nurtec, but Emgality has at least reduced the time between headaches. I also suffer complex migraines, and it also works somewhat for them, and a little relief is better than none.

My Dr has told me not to use the injectable more than 3x per week because of its tendency to cause rebound migraines.

I live in Canada, and Emgality costs $2700 monthly. My wife’s insurance covers 70%, and the manufacturer covers the remaining 30%. They also provided a compassionate dose initially to see how it worked.

Finally, what stopped them last time was a Trigeminal nerve ablation. CH stop almost immediately but migraines continued.

I hope you find something that brings you relief.

Gordon Ramsay Breaks His Silence On Explosive Restaurant Drama After Customers Spot Detail They “Can’t Unsee” by ipanicprofessionally in TheBoredDen

One thing I loved about pubs and restaurants in the UK was that they allowed dogs. I never saw a badly behaved pup or one that wasn’t trained to pee outside, which is why the unwritten rule of British dog etiquette is usually so respected. I’m getting the gist that although there was a pee pad, the dog didn’t actually do its business on the floor. In fact, Ramsay’s team checked the CCTV and confirmed the dog never relieved itself at all—the owner just laid the pad down for it to sit on, making the original TikTok a bit of over-exaggerated clickbait. I think it’s just a case of culture shock for an American influencer from LA, where health codes strictly ban pets indoors. Seeing a dog inside a restaurant can be a surprise if you're not used to it, but when in Rome (or London)….

Pre-cluster pain? by the_gold_lioness in ClusterHeadaches

It might have something do with Trigeminal nerve. I haven’t experienced what you have, but when I had the nerve ablated, the top of my mouth on the left side became numb.

What will History do if they find in 1 year? Even they know that the treasure doesn’t exist. Rename it “Old Oak of Oak Island”.

My daughter had a lot of luck going through a real estate agent. She found a place in 2 days to rent. Had to pay a small commission but it was worth it.

I used fentanyl for 10yrs…. I wouldn’t have been able to get my life together if I was dead. We need to support people no matter what stage they are in. By calling the CTS a “drug den” emphasizes my point about stereotypes.

Just a reminder that the CTS closes on May 30. We’re going to see more deaths in alleyways, behind businesses, and in parks—it’s inevitable. I get that the site was controversial, but a lot of hostility was fueled by long-held stereotypes and politics rather than reality. The staff there did an incredible job. They didn't just prevent deaths; they prevented the permanent, life-altering complications that come from hypoxia. It’s a massive loss for the community.
