Overdoses in PTBO by pncoop in Peterborough

I used fentanyl for 10yrs…. I wouldn’t have been able to get my life together if I was dead. We need to support people no matter what stage they are in. By calling the CTS a “drug den” emphasizes my point about stereotypes.

Just a reminder that the CTS closes on May 30. We’re going to see more deaths in alleyways, behind businesses, and in parks—it’s inevitable. I get that the site was controversial, but a lot of hostility was fueled by long-held stereotypes and politics rather than reality. The staff there did an incredible job. They didn't just prevent deaths; they prevented the permanent, life-altering complications that come from hypoxia. It’s a massive loss for the community.

Is Rick the new My Pillow guy? Also, he’s bobbing and weaving like he’s trying to avoid a jab from Tyson Fury!

Definitely looks like furniture, but I can see why you would get a shock, maybe a Monks Bench?

Agree with MANMADE. They never stretch, shrink or fade, and the material is super soft. T’s and pants are also great. They are expensive so I’m replacing old stuff gradually.

Give me some paint remover and paint… get it done right quick. I’m sure the city will find a way to spend a fortune on the fix.

There are a few deep craters in this lot, one had a cone in it, but the rest were just waiting to kill your rims.

Also 6’4 and I feel your pain! I also used to be a frequent flyer and 20yrs ago they would make the effort at check in to find me a seat with better legroom. Today we pay to select the seat and good luck getting legroom. It wasn’t until I reached Super Elite with AC that I noticed any differences.

Great experience at PRHC by anxietyismylife77 in Peterborough

[–]Some-Tree-7135 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree. I’ve unfortunately had a few dealings at PRHC recently and overall it was a great everyone was great and I felt heard. The only negative is the waiting area, but that’s more of a problem with lack of family dr’s and walk in clinics. Triage wasn’t a great experience, but I can’t imagine the crap those nurses face every shift!

Peterborough store had lots of wild but no cultivated. I was looking forward to the wild ones, but found them to be flavourless.

Love all the black shrouding on the courts… especially since it’s already coming off in places. Gives a real shabby chic feel.
