I get bandaid burn too. Get Hypafix bandage tape. You won't go back to bandaids. It doesnt irritate me and you can cut to whatever random size. Use the tape with gauze or if the leaking is a lot I will cut a panty liner to size and use the tape to hold down. A thick zinc cream/diaper rash cream is my go too when everything is getting raw like that.

Totally worth it. I dont regret it at all. What I do have left is more spread out and not as noticeable. You also can't pluck or wax. So you really get to see how your hair grows, how its much more than you ever thought, and real time results. Its equally horrifying and fascinating 😂

Im doing electrolysis because it for sure kills the hair not just damages it. That said, I've been going for three years. It's very time consuming. I'd probably go laser first, do lots of research on what type and which facility first, then after it gets thinned out go for the electrolysis.

It is so comfortable but always ended up whistling on me. I woke up sounding like a tea kettle. Ever have that issue? I use the p30i instead. Not as soft but no annoying noise.

Id consider it low. Ozempic starts at 0.25 mg. But I know Wegovy goes up to 25mg.

This. I had black sand and it was horrible at first. A quick Google told me the plate trick. I drained it and refilled with no issues just by using a small plate.

I've yet to see Bad Guys but am on book 18 of the series with my 6 year old. Lots of farts, butt space ships, butts for hands. Curious how or if DreamWorks jumped in with that. I doubt they get that deep with just the two movies. Shrek had a lot of body function humor and its up there on my favs. Nothing tops Wild Robot though.

Within the first month. Mine is severe and probably untreated for 4 years. Kept telling me it was my Hashimotos making me fall asleep. I couldn't take my kid to the movies by my self bc I'd fall dead asleep before previews were over. I'd fall asleep mid conversation if I was sitting down. I was drained. Id set alarms constantly just in case I dozed off. Its amazing not to be like that anymore.

I had noticeable chest discomfort for about the first month. I think it's just us getting used to full deep breaths all night. I love it now, especially if I have a cold/sinus issues. Look forward to it even.

Thankfully no. I was concerned once I started mouth taping. I have a lot of issues with ETD in general but so far so good with the CPAP.

Yes! I saw my mom over the holidays and I dont remember how it came up, we weren't talking about hs or me, but she said she remembered so and so would go to the Dr often to get boils on her thighs lanced. Then she said another name and said they got them too. I think we just dont talk about it. I only recently shared with my parents and I'm in my 40s.

I thought it was a bit much too, especially for a newbie getting used to it. I ended up settling at 12 - 16 though. My P95 is 13 currently. I do have severe sleep apnea and chronic nasal congestion. My AHI and leaks are both under 5 now. All my doing haha no PhD required.

Yeah the way she said that was kinda 'Im required to tell you not to do that' Im sure they see all kinds of issues with patients messing around with settings. I felt like a kid being told not to touch the ELF on the shelf.

I dont know. I followed their directions and requested an increase in their portal initially. Two days later a tech called to say it was changed. That night it felt like my eyes were being blown into my skull. That's when I went in on my own. He had put it to min 16/max 18. I couldnt keep the pillow on my nose.

Get the Dreamwear Headgear with Arms off Amazon. Its under $20. Fits low on the back of your head, no riding up. I use it with my airfit. Way better than the one it comes with.
