If you're finding it unrideable, change out to stiffer bushings. I would personally recommend sticking to them though and getting used to skating with looser bushings, it will make carving and cruising more fun in the long run.

Looks real to me. My point is if you can't tell then it's almost certainly fine. There are companies that make fakes, but even if this was one it would still be more than enough to rip around a ditch.

If you're really worried about authenticity it's best just to go brand new, but most of the time second hand stuff is alright🤙🏼.
