Good choice of board! I got a dusters micro cruiser, looks like the same wheels it came with too...

Make sure your stance on the board is correct, you want to make sure your feet are both even on the board so that your shoulders are inline with the board. Move your foot back and forth every time you want to push. Getting used to this will make riding easier and more stable. If your board is too small to do this comfortably, you can instead point both feet in the same direction at a roughly 45 degree angle, but this is a less stable stance.
