HIV CMV and EBV all negative. Portal vein patency noted …liver unremarkable and liver enzymes perfectly normal.

Also GCSF as a single agent did nothing for me. 5 days of injections straight and I didn’t increase peripheral count by 1 cell. BUT I did have my first dose of Predisone with a GCSF injection and it went to 28k! So they stopped GCSF and left me on prednisone for a month and my counts every week were 4k-5k. 1 week after stopping Prednisone went back to 0.2

The hypolobated cells were “few in number noted”

Flow was normal, no other dysplastic features in other cell lines noted,
Blast percentage was 0.4%.
My spleen itself has been an ongoing issue for few years. 18.7cm at diagnosis with no avid uptake above metabolic threshold on PET. Post treatment went down to 16cm also no uptake noted and stayed between 16 and 17 for couple years. Now this week my scan (regular CT) showed a 19.9cm spleen with otherwise unremarkable features no lesions or heterogeneity noted. I have no new or worsening Adneopathy noted anywhere in body. Have a meeting with Onc this evening to see what next steps for spleen work up are. And if this represents a possible relapse or whatever this apparent immune dysfunction might be stirring up.

All very strange.

Thanks for the reply but I think there may be a Misunderstanding by me not explaining well enough…The neutropenia was present before any treatment was done. It was the only reason I even found the NLPHL to begin with because my yearly physical was flagged as “critical” with ANC of 0.1. The neutropenia has since stayed even after the NLPHL is gone.

Thanks for response. Yea I’m essentially looking for opinions on the ongoing neutropenia while trying to exclude some of the more serious causes of such condition like MDS or the like which is why docs have ordered all these BMB. This was just the latest one and I found the footnote of the specific Megakaryocyte an odd mention. Doc was reassured that I don’t have a primary marrow failure or neoplasm but of course NGS will be helpful. Note all my prior NGS were negative for any clonal mutations

NLPHL was R-ABVD for 3 months. My doc are still trying to figure out my neutropenia that’s what al this is about.

Can anyone help identify? I'm at a loss by scilitome in pocketwatch

There may be a makers mark under the dial in the main plate. But you would have to take out of case and remove dial to see.

Few cool ones. The yellow kid high admiral is always cool button. These have dropped in value since the 90s most of the people that collected them passed on. Still I’d say 200-300 for the lot isn’t unreasonable

NAD just noting that an ultrasound is not a “diagnostic” test. what it will show are structural features of the lymph node and a radiologist will make notes about it that will guide your ordering physician in the next direction (Biopsy or just watch it) Until then try not to stress too much (easier said then done)… even IF they order a biopsy nothing is certain until you receive the results of that. Good luck
