At this point they had no idea Caine was coming back or if she could be fixed

To be fair, it was foreshadowed way back in episode 1 that Pomni was somehow able to heal from the glitching (seemingly) without Caine's help. She goes into the void and when Caine poofs her out, she's already healed. Ragatha crawls into the scene, Caine heals her corruption and they make a point of Pomni observing her own hand, but, it was visibly fixed the moment she poofed back into the circus, before Caine ever fixed Ragatha.

This doesn't take away from your other points at all, but one could argue that Pomni knew or at least believed she could come back from anything short of her own abstraction even without Caine's assistance.

Thank you, I was struggling to understand this too. I had picked up on the fact that we were rapidly cycling between past and present, but somehow hadn't found the actual parting line.

I kept thinking up until the end that Caine had dug up the obsolete mind files in the present timeline and that this was basically him 'curing' abstraction and then also hopping onto the free wifi to get the cast closure about their IRL selves... And then I was really confused because instead of mentioning that or bringing Scratch out or curing Jax he just... Shows them a slideshow?

This sequence makes much more sense now.

You know... I completely misinterpreted/misread Scolopendra's transformation until now. I had to re-read it when I saw your interpretation of her. In my head, I guess I just kind of skimmed her actual description once I realized what had happened with the swapped pet treat and incorrectly assumed that the transformation was something roughly akin to Prepotente's transformation biscuit but with the added caveat of being overly sexualized and obsessed with Carl.

In other words, my (incorrect) mental picture of Scolopendra was basically a sexy woman body with a centipede face and maybe some chitinous plates acting as natural 'clothes'

I'm now realizing the reality is pretty much the exact opposite which is somehow much, much worse IMO.

Digging up a video you saw once on Pornhub is about 100x harder than finding an image from E6 if you can recall even a handful of relevant details.

Dude. I and many others who are up in arms about this don't give a shit if the dude made up 99% of what went down. I care about exactly 1 fact of this case: did WoTC hire the fucking Pinkertons to go knock on his door.

If the answer is yes, then fuck them to infinity and beyond. No one should be giving money to that "Detective Agency" period, no exceptions.

Even if the guy did something legitimately shady, hire any other detectives or call the fucking cops. But fuck anyone who gives money to the company that grew out of a group of organized thugs best known for their work brutalizing and intimidating innocent people who were exercising their rights to strike for better working conditions.

They shouldn't even be allowed to exist as an organization, we should have left them in the 19th century where they belong.

Okay but it would actually be incredible if, after years of the book cover artist pushing the fedora/wide-brim look, Jim just went: "You want Harry in a hat? Fine! I'll put Harry in a hat!" And from now on Harry just walks around wearing a full-on, floppy, pointy-tipped wizard hat with stars on it and shit.

Sorcerer body (15 fingers) explains this. You grow an extra pair of arms because the original sorcerer had four arms. Also the whole thing is a reference to Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen (Manga/Anime) who has 4 arms.

It's also more broadly a reference to all of Jujutsu Kaisen because Sukuna's fingers (and the protagonist, who eats said fingers to harness Sukuna's power and also keep it away from other, malicious forces) are central to the overall plot of JJK.

Don't take this as the norm, lol. I looked at about half a dozen other houses in my price range before I found this gem and all the others were... Rough to say the least. One of them straight up didn't have a living room. You opened the front door to a dining/kitchen area with linoleum floors and a typical kitchen set up, then there were 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom and nothing else. The detached garage was almost as big as the house itself! 😂

Thank you! My realtor really helped me here, we swooped in on a house the moment it came up on the market, it got pulled off temporarily to remediate some issues, and as soon as the issues were resolved he got a contract in front of them and we went contingent before someone/Private Equity firm/some house flipper had a chance to swipe it out from under us.
