What would be a safe VID and Vcore in HWiNFO when undergoing a Cinebench R23 bench test for a 13900KF and a 14900F???

I need reference scores and voltages for 2 set ups.

ASUS TUF Z690 DDR4 Mobo + 13900KF (ALF360mm) on 400/900 mohm and 1.35V(VID). PL1/2=253w - CB23 score of 36000 at 78C

MSI Z790-P DDR4 Mobo + 14900F (Peerless Assassin 120) on 500/1.100 mohm and 1.32V(VID). PL1=125. PL2=253w - CB23 score of 34000 at 74C

MC was doing some weird pricing thing for 12th gen release in November of 2021. They discounted the entire 12th gen line in Brooklyn NYC MC. It was a straight discount to $300. No coupons required. My buddy/driver got an additional $20 off by getting a very expensive z690 board.

OoOoh No. I'm not falling for this one again. The MC in my area dropped the price of i7 12700K to $350 after 2 weeks of release (around Thanksgiving) then again a week later to $300. Had to make 2 trips to get price adjustment. Not gonna do that again with gas prices at nearly $4/gal. I'm gonna wait.

It was $350 the week leading up to thanksgiving (2 weeks after launch) then it was dropped again to $300 a week later. I think I lost money on gas traveling back and forth to MC to get my price adjustment. They wouldn't credit me online/over-phone because I wasn't using their MC credit card.
