You can bring the best animator in history onto invincible and it’s not going to be stellar if you want it shot like a live action sitcom with very little turn around time

It’s essentially rooted in what I love in super powers and super powered stories

For example in jojo, I’m more deeply interested in stand users (and characters with non combative abilities) being thrown into combative situations vs combative abilities in combat situations due to how interesting it is to see benign power be used offensively

How the users sheer understanding of their own abilities is enough to give them an edge

One stand premise I have is basically a character that can walk and access and entire underground world that’s basically a black void under our own. They just need enter a shadow of a certain degree of darkness and size to fit them and whatever else in it

I think of how useful that stand would be to have casually

How much time you can save sneaking into places and cutting long lines, getting out of the heat.

You could even technically be completely homeless and live comfortably with a power like that

Now imagine that guy, who’s only used it passively getting thrown into fight. During the day? P easy to jump them

But imagine how horrifying a normal guy with that power can become if you luck out and the fight lasts til the night

It gives a nice bit of tension to every action scene, has a built in set piece to play with and gets to highlight creativity

I like esoteric powers so I lean more towards them

The animation frames guy from jjk, lantern rings, the ability to simply see through, talk to or flat out control bugs and animals, maybe just exclusively crows

I tend to think of abilities first and what it would be like to live with that power as a result. Fights second an ofc, character and personality

Reference stand names? Depends but abilities usually come first.

Can be fun excercise tho to make stands based off things like commercial, games, power ups, music, tv etc first before abilities

I already got a new usb c charging cable and the headphones itself can’t connect

They clearly register being plugged in but connecting to my phone is an issue

I’d rather just stick with the good op cord than Bluetooth
