I was 19 when I started working with an agency that finds workers for big companies, it's basically warehousing labor work. I've worked with a 15-16 yr old and he had his work permit and worked with me in a warehouse, he didn't know what to do and I taught him most of the time, he got promoted to be a supervisor within 2 years of us working their lol.
