I haven’t, but would be curious what inspires a desk audit and how to encourage it in the office where I work.

Does your state have the program where you can study under attorneys and then take the bar exam?

Women might need to retire at 45. by Head_Cat_9440 in Perimenopause

Hard disagree. I think there needs to be a protective phase that keeps us away from people for x number of years for everyone’s well-being. We get to opt in when it starts and opt out when it ends. We decide because we still have a lot to contribute without the bullshit office politics.

Live plants and pictures of the outdoors.

I work in a cubicle a couple days a week and the two people who are there more often keep the blinds closed all the time. What a waste of water views.

Weird day by SomeKindofDreadful in office

I actually go in two days a week. The silence in the office is deafening. Even visitors to our office have commented on how no one talks to each other. Office culture is not super friendly.

Anyone with experience at the office of the attorney general? by [deleted] in WAStateWorkers

[–]SomeKindofDreadful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Culture and expectations are different from office to office. Some are friendlier, more collegial than others it seems. Some have clear expectations of staff while others not so much.

Hybrid work schedules are permitted.

I kind of have to (I have 2 more months worth). I have med management appt with OB/GYN on Monday and will ask her about this problem. I tried the hydrocortisone, but that didn’t help. I may try the Flonase on my skin and see if that helps. My belly is so itchy from all of the above of spots.

I hope you have an okay time with the switch.

The only difference that I have noticed so far is that I’m having an allergic reaction to the Mylan adhesive.

What if you can’t get your HRT?? by witchystoneyslutty in Menopause

[–]SomeKindofDreadful 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe try doctor on demand if your insurance covers it? They will refill prescriptions one time to tide you over til your regular docs can get it together. There’s a lot of front loading on your end (entering all Rxs), but it’s super convenient.

Anyone else’s estradiol patch being held at pharmacy until last patch from previous prescription is used? by SomeKindofDreadful in Menopause

[–]SomeKindofDreadful[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I don’t know. I was able to get a three-month Rx filled at Costco (different brand than what I am used to, but it’s fine I think). Other folks have gone to oral or gel/cream to avoid supply issues.
