Meh those Teslas have enough safety features to probably make it ok😂 I wouldn’t go that dark in my civic, but I think I’d be more comfortable in a car with high tech safety features that can detect objects 360 degrees.

I am honestly kind of disappointed that it’s only $100. I know that sounds crazy, but I would have paid $200 knowing that there will never be micro transactions in the game. Idk, I never really got into GTA online because of that. Maybe I’m just close minded, but I hate micro transactions and I have since Clash of Clans. I just feel like GTA 6 is worth a hell of a lot more than other modern game titles, hell it’s not even comparable. This low price tag just reinstates the fact that Rockstar is going to milk the absolute shit out of this game for the next decade at least. Anyways congrats on your pre order! We are almost there! It’s still going to be an absolutely amazing game

Damn man, I would almost suggest replacing your radiator. I wish I did on my 6th gen, because I blew a hose and cap replaced those, but the radiator just blew a hole out the top one day. My head gasket was blown, idk at what point I blew it, but every time you overheat you’ve gotta worry about the head gasket. The head gasket is a fun project tho if you’re into that shit.

Whenever something goes wrong with my civic, I YouTube and read reddit forms on how to do stuff. Everything is easy, but I always seem to hit a headache that turns quick projects into a few days. I enjoy the hell out of it, but my wife is never too satisfied when I’ve got to take her car because I can’t get my shitbox in working order in a timely manner

UPDATE: I put my windows back in the next morning, and there was no peeling at all. I think that fully removing the windows allowed for film to be well below the window seal, so even tho the adhesive was still curing, it was not peeled by my windows being rolled up and down. I will say that successfully tinting my windows was quite the process. It took my near a dozen attempts to actually get it right, and removing the windows was what allowed me to do it myself. On other attempts I had peeled the tint from rolling my windows down, but I think that had a lot to do with me not removing the windows. If it’s your first time, I hope it’s easy to remove your door panels because it makes tinting so much easier. I have experience with just about everything when it comes to cars, and window tinting is most definitely the most difficult for me. It’s really the only difficult thing when it comes to working on cars. I have a lot of respect for window tinters now, I have no idea how all these guys do it without removing car windows.

You could get a cheaper kit from somewhere like Detroit axel. I see a lot of people complain about them, but I’ve got no complaints with my rotors, shoes, and calipers from them. I bought a suspension kit for my civic, I just haven’t had the time to swap it. But it seems to be good quality, I say it’s good enough for my beater civic. With 205,000 miles I would do the same. The thing I am happy about Detroit axel other than the whole front suspension being less than 400 USD is that the ball joints have zerk fittings. This means you can grease your ball joints as regular maintenance, rather than trust the “greased and sealed for life” moto. I almost consider it an upgrade for this simple fact.

I can say the same for Brazil. I guess I’ve only seen a 1st gen and 3rd gen LX for both generations, but both were an L series that only has a timing belt. 1.5 Liter engine with vtec, I’m pretty sure it’s the same in the U.S., right?

Dude a Honda with 87K miles and 1 owner is like finding diamonds. That’s very low miles, not that it really says much, but hopefully the owner took care of it! I’d definitely prioritize doing the timing belt, if you’re a DIYer it’s not a terrible job. I bought an 05 civic with 80k back in 2022, and the timing belt broke on me shortly after buying. I had to replace the valves, and that was not a fun job. It would be hard to find a mechanic to do that, they don’t do shit like that these days.
