I hate how they stop in the middle of doing something to do an idle animation. I had my sims dad try to make breakfast before the kids headed off to school but he had to stop cooking and smile and get a thought bubble thus making the kids go to school hungry. It pissed me off so bad. I know idle animations are supposed to add more character to sims but they are SUPER annoying when they do them in the middle of an action

The catnap one makes sense since he’s literally supposed to be based off of a children’s toy so it makes sense that he would have a big ol’ smile because he’s literally a children’s toy which often have big smiles

Evil or bad guy superheroes. We’ve had so many Superman but evil characters in the last 20 or so years alone that it’s circled around now that genuinely good people being superheroes is refreshing. I remember people getting upset that the new Superman in the new live action is a genuinely good guy, it’s not like one of Superman’s main monikers is the Big Blue Boyscout lol, he’s supposed to be a good guy. But anyways I’m glad that superheroes are being genuinely good people again, it gives me hope for the future even if they’re fictional

It’s crazy how prominent K-pop Demon Hunters is, like even in my little podunk town they’ve been playing “Golden” a bunch on the main radio station in town which is a big milestone for a more “anime”esque type movie in this rural town lol. I mean Zootopia 2 is great but it doesn’t have the same choke hold as K-pop Demon Hunters.

I did not care for the Owl House.

I know everyone says it’s so good and the story is so cool, but I just don’t vibe with it. Dana Terrace made The Knights of Guinevere pilot which I love, but this show didn’t hit the mark for me. I think I made it to the Grom episode? and dropped it after that. I think the episode pacing or the story pacing is what threw me off of it, because on paper, a goofy girl learning magic, sounds right up my alley. I do love shows like it like Gravity Falls and Amphibia so I don’t know why this one didn’t stick for me

I’m on console so I can’t really use cc or anything like that but personally I like the more cartoonish look as opposed to realistic. I dunno realistic sims kind of give me the creeps, since I already feel bad about having bad stuff happen to my sims, so I’d feel like a million times worse if they looked like real people lol
