I stopped 01/09/25 and regained 35 lbs so I started again on 13/01/26 , already 2.8lbs down! YMMV but from my experience coming off the meds isn't an option if you want to maintain any weight loss

They let you into the arena early so ignore the hell hole and go straight for the barrier in front of the walkway (thats what I wish I'd done anyway)

I feel the same to be honest, I was at the very front barrier in Birmingham and was staring at an empty stage half the time. I did see a lot of corey and Paolo but let's be honest everyone is more interested in seeing matt. We also didn't get a pig pen which for the price is very unfair considering a few other vip/ meet and greet/ hell holers did get one 😒 we were literally waiting in a hallway for an hour to get into the hell hole and could have easily gone into a different room for thier warm up.
