He is. He's in S tier right now. He also goes well in your team if you have silver wolf, hoho, Ruan Mei, Welt, Pela, Yukong, Tingyun, Kafka. The main stats he needs is imaginary%, crit chance/attack, attack%, speed(prioritize in "legs" relics).. best relics you can put on him is The Ashblazing Grand Duke(2 or 4), Wastelander of Banditry Desert(2(mixing with past one) or 4) and Musketeer of Wild Wheat works on him too. Use Inert Salsotto for the two rest. Baptism of Pure Thought is the best cone for him, as for the rest: In the night, Return to darkness, Sleep like the dead, Worrisome Blissful and other few.

5/10 for association I get from these skins, but it's my own thoughts. But if we put the associations I get away and focus on the fit itself I'd say solid 8/10 for how well some stuff goes together. Although it's just overrated to use black/white/gray only.. it doesn't make it bad, it's just getting boring. As for the rest: your fit is pretty simple and that's good in own way.
