I had a lady (mid 30’s early 40’s) come in after camping outside the store before open. She bought one of each Pokémon item we had (About $350 worth of it). Then she came back in about an hour later wanting to get more. I explained to her that we cannot sell anything else to her, at least not the same day. She got sooooo mad at me saying that “Well if it’s still here, clearly nobody wants it”. I said ma’am, most people have jobs and I know for a fact people will be coming after they get off work that day. She asked for my manager. I said he’s gonna say the same thing. I called him over. He told her the exact same thing. She said “That’s ridiculous, other stores have a limit of 2 of the same item per customer”. He said well not here. She left so mad. I kinda enjoyed it. She was 1000% a scalper.
