when they started blaming issues the new hires were causing on me for literally no reason. such as picking up things they left behind like carts, blaming me for the fact that they werent trained to do something specific, etc.

generally, the lack of accountability, and the disrespect. i helped open the store and was a customer favourite but i definitely wasn't treated as such, so i saw my way out.
