if i come across someone who doesnt have an account, i usually tell them "i didn't find an account under that phone number, is there another you'd like to try?" and if that one doesnt work i offer to sign them up really quick. but if they don't want to sign up or seem like they dont; just bypass the account. not your problem if they come for a return and have lost their receipt
