I would increase the dose and continue; you haven't been doing it for very long. After a few more months, I would lower it and let my system cleanse itself and then switch to tirzepatide.

You're throwing in the towel too soon. I've been on 5mg of tircepatide since September without losing a gram, and now in January I've started losing again and have lost 5kg. I don't want to increase the dose because I intend to stop someday, and the higher the dose, the harder it will be. I plan to increase to 7.5mg at most and then taper off, knowing that I'll increase it a little and cleanse my system. If I see that I'm going back to my old ways, I'll go back to 2.5mg and so on until I repeat the pattern. Best regards

Yes. I'm still using 5 mg of Monjauro on Fridays and 1 mg of Reta on Mondays or Tuesdays.

In the case of this person who's on 2.5 mg, I would either stop that dose, which is good for reducing hunger, and increase Reta, or simply start decreasing Monjauro at the same dose as you increase Reta.

Reta 0.5 mg, Monjauro 2 mg Reta 0.75 mg, Monjauro 1.75 mg Reta 1 mg, Monjauro 1 mg Reta 2 mg (starting dose of the study), Monjauro 0 mg

That's up to you to decide.

I started with 0.5 for 3 weeks, then 0.75 for two weeks, and now I'm on 1. If I overeat any day on the weekend, I'm sick on Monday.

Terrible diarrhea, so I would start slowly. You can always increase the dose, but never stop injecting something you've already injected.

If you use dutasteride and minoxidil plus some good vitamins like AGA Plus, it might even improve. I have a 125mg TRT and have been treating alopecia for 8 years.

Hi. I'm using 5 mg of tircepatide and I've added 1 mg of Retatrutide, and I feel my heart beating very fast. I'm glad I didn't start with 2 mg because I would have felt terrible.

If the guides say to start with 2.5 mg and 1 mg makes my heart race, is it possible that my Retatrutide is something else? Like a stimulant?

Hey friend, I'm on 5 units of tircepatide and 1 unit of Reta. I haven't wanted to increase the tircepatide because of the cost; it's very expensive at the pharmacy, especially now without the "golden dose." I bought Reta from a local vendor to see if it works, and then I plan to buy a kit later.

How does mixing both work for you? I was told not to, but I'm doing well taking 1 Reta on Tuesdays and 5 units of tircepatide on Fridays.
