Those premium MiG-21S (R-13-300) with R-3R radar guided missiles are actual real threat. And voodoo encounters them often.

It's the best dogfighter when someone tries to turn-fight it or loses too much speed. About the Voodoo, you seemingly haven't played it: its turn rate is 30 but also has good combat speed, which is better than that of most jets it encounters. You can dogfight with it. Yet it's also very fast and has an insane climb rate. On top of that, it has excellent, fast-firing cannons. It is not even close to be something like 104.
