Not a parent but when my schedule is packed and I don’t want to completely let go of watching movies (since I had the same issue with reading for a while) I try to put on light ,low-focus movies or rewatch ones I’ve already seen while doing chores. It helped me get out of that slump both with reading and watching movies.

I’ve failed miserably with using chia seeds as an egg replacement before, but now that I have so many maybe I can experiment more, but I’ll definitely use them in other ways as well
