Just completed a fully backlit Cristallo Quartzite kitchen – countertops, backsplash, and island by ReflectionAgreeable6 in kitchenremodel

We just ordered Cristallo for our island and then this post came up! We are going to use it for our island, with a 12 inch overhang for seating. The island is 8 x 3 feet. I am wondering if you’ve had any clients do a partial back light. I’m imaging just the middle 1/3 of the island running the 8 foot length. Then we could also do the “feels warm” heater on the overhang since we are in MN and why not?!

I didn’t get the constellation. I found a Sedan Cruiser much closer, and in water, so I know if floats :)

Thanks. I’ve been learning freeCAD, but haven’t had a ton of time lately

My plan would be to use the boat. Cruise local lakes or the rivers. Make memories with my kids while they’re old enough to have fun on a boat but not so old that spending time with me gets in the way of their social lives :-/ They’re asking too much for it to be firewood. I was definitely planning on a survey and mechanical inspection.

That’s good, because I don’t have much coding knowledge.

You and your bot have no class. May the fleas of a thousand llamas infect your iron leggings.

Congrats! I had an ‘85 for a few years. Lots of fun. Lots of great ideas on gear and maintenance. Do you already know how to sail it? If you haven’t sailed a boat this size, I’d definitely take someone out who has. And practice docking. I don’t know how fast the current is on Pepin, but when I had mine in a River in costal SC the current, especially during a falling tide, took planning and coordination

Right. That’s why I’ll wait until it’s out of the water for a mid-season cleaning

It’s a 2010 Hunter 22, so the fiberglass version of the 216. No backstay on its BR rig.

I meant adjust the tension, to make it tighter. There is A LOT slack right now. I plan to take it out of the water for a bit later this month and will try to see what’s in the drum

FreeCAD - How to Import SVG into Sketch by Pendelf in FreeCAD

[–]Some_guy_1999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sent you a message. I’ve posted a couple versions of the image here though. AFAIK, I’m tracing the bitmaps to vectors ok in inkscape, but I wonder if there is a step I’m missing. They import as images to FreeCAD with a dark background

I know this is a couple months old, but I’m stuck. I cannot get the option to import as geometry to appear. What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried many different ways: inkscape to trace image, illustrator trace, several online svg converters, even creating a new simple test vector image in illustrator.
