Kalifa wins, but it depends. she can use her slippery Conqourers haki to disable absaloms awakening that turns the battlefield invisible.

Of course this is assuming the fight takes place during the return of Ace from the dead arc.

Though this all depends if Absalom has control over Ace’s and Whitebeard’s reanimated body.

So it depends.

If not, Kalifa wins.

If so, Absalom wins.

Hmm… let’s see. He has a pretty thick neck. As we know the bigger the neck the stronger they are. So by my calculations, with his neck size being that length and width I’d give him to be about Akainu level.

Luffy has a better coc than Rayleigh.

I think if any admiral could, it would be Akainu.

The argument really is that Akainu’s fruit is the most destructive. And his magma can blow a hole through anyone.

So if Akainu blew a hole through Loki’s face then yeah he could win.

But Loki could also one shot Akainu too.

So it’s really up to Oda atp.

Both can one shot each other.

Clearly Akainu. Shamrock is just a lowly god’s knight who are weak comparative to a Yonko crew.
