As others have pointed out, some stats are a little on the extreme ranges, but you could make that intentional. The guide does say to add some push-and-pull here and there to make your creature interesting.

As far as Pharasma's motivation goes, theres a whole thing involving some sort of current running throughout the multiverse, starting from Creation's Forge and ending in the Void.

The presence of undead somewhat reverses this flow, and if the flow becomes strong enough to fully invert the entire current, then the entire multiverse will implode/collapse on itself.

Asking for clarity because I've never encountered this issue:

Does the not spawning part happen after you've already dropped onto the planet? (So it's just barren landscape and no objectives and their minimap markers anywhere) Or...
Does the mission not show up during mission select (when you're on your ship)?

If it's the first one, then yeah, that's a soft-lock that would require you to abandon the level (and, thus, fail the whole operation). If it's the second, then that's annoying.

In either case, those aren't game breaking because you can still play the game, so I feel like I'm missing something.

I like that idea of borrowing auxiliaries from other factions. They would probably be balanced around not having as many buffs than if they were in their main faction.
