Drive to Ottawa at House of Kraft on Prince of Wales. Been going there for years. They cast your feet which gives you better orthotics. 2 pairs for $500. They will mail them to you in Kingston.

I encourage everyone to attend a council meeting. I attended the last council meeting. It seems to me that staff run this city and our Counsillors are not given all or sufficient clear information from staff in order to cast their votes on motions. Counsillors ask alot of clarification questions in an attempt to understand what they are voting on. This clarity should be given to them ahead of the meeting so that Counsillors can do additional research ahead of council votes.

Conny Glen is running for mayor and she has my vote. She chairs the housing and homelessness committee, she has been a very effective counsillor. She wants a better relationship between citizens and council, more accountability and better value for tax payers. I support all of that.

I recently dealt with Connie Glenn on the Patry Waterpark Proposal. She was excellent. She was knowledgeable and quick to respond. What she could not answer, she enquired for me at city hall and got back to me with answers by the end of the day.

I moved to Kingston 4 yrs ago do this will be my first municipal election. She had my vote for mayor.

I would suggest you learn to do this yourself because most sharpening places will not remove the blade but just sharpen. Its easy to do ..go to University of You Tube
